Exchange & Refund Policy

At Petiole Zero Waste Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges or Refunds 

We accept exchange or refund requests for:

  • Defective or damaged items – Delivered items should be inspected upon delivery. Accepted items are considered sold and in good condition.
  • Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for exchange or a refund:

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Items that show signs of use or have been damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any free or discounted products received as part of a promotional offer must also be returned if the main item is refunded or exchanged.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Undergarments
  • Stationery
  • Cosmetics
  • Jewellery & Accessories
  • Books
  • Spa items
  • Kitchenware & dinnerware
  • Toiletries & personal care items
  • Food & beverage containers
  • Ceramic items
  • Bath products
  • Kids’ products

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact Us – Send us an email at customerservice@petiolefoods.com or call +973 17264055 within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue. 
  2. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be credited back to your card or account within 2-15 days, depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email at customerservice@petiolefoods.com or call +973 17264055 within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, send us an email at customerservice@petiolefoods.com or call +973 17264055.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been out for delivery. Once it’s out for delivery, the order must go through the return process.
