At Petiole Zero Waste Store, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below, you will find details about our delivery process, including estimated delivery times, costs, and policies.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently only deliver within Bahrain.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within the same day after payment confirmation.
  • We operate from Saturday to Wednesday, 9 am to 2:30 pm. Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient:

  • Our courier will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • If the order is returned to us, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged Goods

Delivered items should be inspected upon delivery. Accepted items are considered sold and in good condition.

7. In-Store Pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pickup.
